Description
“70cl / 46.5% – Single malt from the Dalmore distillery, initially aged in American white oak casks before enjoying a finishing period in Port pipes. These casks were sourced from well-known port producer W&J Graham’s. This isn’t the first time that Dalmore has shown an appreciation for Graham’s casks – a trio of releases from mid-2017 were all finished in Graham’s Port casks (see here, here and here).”
Aroma: Sweet red berries, Seville oranges, plummy fruits and sticky toffee pudding
From the highland region of Scotland
Complexity and finesse of The Dalmore is enjoyed neat, as crafted and suggested by Richard Paterson
Palate: Nectarines, creamy caramel, roasted chestnuts and Java coffee
Finish: Rich plums, sultanas, sanguinello blood oranges and macerated cherries
