The Singleton Sunray is one of a pair of new single Malts from this Dufftown distillery. Created using different cask to enhance the distilleries signature flavour profile. A combination of European oak and American oak casks are used giving sweet fruit notes and the soft vanilla flavours perfectly capturing the unique smoothness of The Singleton and gives it its honeyed character.
